“Recreating organization: organizing work and the work of organizing as ethico-aesthetic practice” is a research project funded by the Austrian Science Funds (FWF). It is located at the University of Innsbruck, Department of Organization and Learning. The project attempts to contribute both theoretically and empirically to the ongoing discussion on the fundamental transformations in the modes of organizing work that we currently observe. It seeks to establish a new understanding of organization as an ethico-aesthetic practice and to explore modes of organizing work in cultural and creative fields like theatre, music and architecture.
